Who we are

West Texas Web Co is operated by Jose Alejandro Machain as a sole proprietorship. This policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, inquiry forms, and communications with you.

If you opt in to SMS, we send non-marketing appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and responses to booking questions. Submitting your phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent.

We use HighLevel to host forms and manage inquiries. Providers that support our website, communications, and customer service may process information for those functions. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect against fraud or security threats.

Mobile information and SMS consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Website technology

Our website and embedded forms may use cookies or similar technology for functionality. Your browser settings can limit cookies, although some features may stop working. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar analytics or advertising-tracking tools. If we introduce these tools, we will update this policy and provide any required notices or consent choices before enabling them.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to handle inquiries, provide services, meet legal obligations, and document communication preferences. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, but no system is completely secure.

You may withdraw text consent by replying STOP. Reply HELP for SMS assistance or contact us for help with another communication preference.
