Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

Business and website

This website is operated by Jose Alejandro Machain, a sole proprietor operating as West Texas Web Co. You may use it to learn about our services and request a consultation. Provide accurate information and do not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate others, or interfere with its operation.

Free consultation and paid services

The advertised free audit is an introductory, 15-minute discussion of your website and lead follow-up. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment. We will contact you to arrange a time. The discussion does not guarantee leads, sales, rankings, or other business outcomes.

Paid work requires a separate agreement covering scope, pricing, payment, timelines, and any cancellation or refund terms. Requesting a free consultation does not obligate you to buy services.

West Texas Web Co SMS program

When you opt in, West Texas Web Co sends non-marketing text messages about appointment confirmations, reminders, cancellations, and responses to booking questions. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to +1 (833) 551-1680. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no additional messages from this SMS program after that confirmation. To rejoin, sign up through our website SMS opt-in again, as you did the first time, and we will resume sending messages.

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance or contact [email protected] or (956) 946-9621. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use the number you provide to enroll.

For information about your data, please read our Privacy Policy.

Our website may link to services provided by other companies. Those companies set their own terms and privacy practices. Any affiliate relationship accompanying a recommendation is disclosed beside that link.
